Job summary

Bridge Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Tech to maintain an attractive environment for residents. You will handle HVAC, elevators, fire and sprinkler systems, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cords, with preventive tasks and timely responses to resident requests.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years experience, HVAC and CPR certifications preferred, and a high school diploma or GED. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• HVAC Certification preferred.
• CPR Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance on HVAC unit, elevators, fire and sprinkler equipment, generator, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cord equipment
• Perform general and preventive maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned
• Respond promptly to resident's maintenance requests
• Ensure vacant units are ready for move-in according to community standards
