Job summary

Bridge Senior Living is hiring a Maintenance Tech in Peachtree City, GA to keep resident environments safe and appealing. You will perform maintenance on HVAC units, elevators, fire and sprinkler systems, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cords, while handling preventive work and timely resident requests.

Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of relevant experience; HVAC certification is preferred and CPR certification is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• HVAC Certified preferred; CPR Certified.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance on HVAC unit, elevators, fire and sprinkler equipment, generator, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cord equipment.
• Perform general and preventive maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned.
• Respond promptly to resident’s maintenance requests.
• Ensure vacant units are ready for move-in according to community standards.
