Job summary

Bridge Senior Living in Irving, TX is hiring a Maintenance Tech to keep a warm, welcoming environment for residents. You will service HVAC units, elevators, generators, kitchen equipment, and safety systems while performing preventive maintenance and responding to residents' requests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• HVAC certification is preferred.
• CPR certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC units, elevators, fire and sprinkler equipment, generator, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cords.
• Perform general and preventive maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned.
• Respond promptly to residents’ maintenance requests.
• Ensure vacant units are ready for move-in according to community standards.

A Maintenance Tech is responsible for maintaining an attractive environment that residents are proud to call home.

• Complete maintenance on HVAC unit, elevators, fire and sprinkler equipment, generator, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cord equipment
