RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure indoor and outdoor property areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will perform maintenance tasks across buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include responding to resident service requests within 24–48 hours, completing make-ready inspections, and assisting with vendor coordination.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• Proficient with property management software (Entrata Yardi, OneSite).
• Valid driver's license required.

Mansioni

• Completes work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours.
• Diagnoses and repairs issues to meet safety and quality standards.
• Completes the make-ready process for vacant homes and inspects results.
• Fixes rather than replaces parts when possible to control costs.
• Tracks inventory and notifies supervisor for re-ordering when needed.
• Documents service requests promptly and accurately.
• Periodically inspects contractor work for quality and compliance.
• Participates in safety meetings and follows OSHA safety requirements.
• Delivers courteous customer service to residents and staff.
• Assists in property inspections and communicates needs to management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
