RangeWater Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas clean, safe, and functional. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and support the make-ready process for new residents while upholding company standards.

The role requires completing work orders within 24–48 hours, coordinating with vendors as needed, maintaining inventory, and documenting work for records.

Competenze

• Must be able to complete work orders within 24 to 48 hours and perform routine maintenance tasks according to policies and safety standards.
• Experience with diagnosing defects, prioritizing repairs, and coordinating with vendors when needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism with residents and team members.

Mansioni

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours and performs routine maintenance.
• Completes the make-ready process for vacant apartments, including pre-move-out inspection and punch list.
• Supports cost-control by repairing parts instead of replacing when feasible and using materials efficiently.
• Maintains inventory, tracks materials, and notifies supervisor for reorders.
• Documents work and completes paperwork to document service requests.
• Inspects contractor work as needed to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Participates in safety meetings and follows OSHA-related policies and procedures.
• Demonstrates customer service by respecting residents and addressing maintenance concerns promptly.
• Assists in periodic property inspections and communicates needs to management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
