Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to ensure buildings and grounds meet safety and quality standards. The role covers essential maintenance, inspections, and on-site repairs across a Garden property with 438 units and a rotating on-call schedule.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, overseeing the make-ready process, managing materials, and assisting in grounds upkeep. Required EPA refrigerant certifications, state/local licenses, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications Type 1 and II or Universal.
• State and Local jurisdiction certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property, depending on size of property.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs per policy and safety standards.
• Completes pre-move-out inspections and makes a punch list, schedules vendors, procures supplies, and ensures tasks are finished.
• Tracks inventory and notifies supervisor when re-orders are needed; uses proper tools to access materials.
