Job summary

Asset Living in Everett, WA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in the maintenance of the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision.

The role emphasizes on-site attendance, responding to work orders, making-ready operations, and daily upkeep of common areas, with a focus on safety and reliable service to residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out maintenance processes for the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Make-ready process under supervision of Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend the life of the community and minimize future repairs.
• Report observed violations and participate in on-call emergencies when required.
