The Galman Group is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Supervisor to maintain a clean, safe environment for residents across our properties. The role focuses on routine maintenance, repairs, make-readies, and supervision of maintenance staff to uphold high standards of property care.

The successful candidate should be organized with a strong maintenance background and a commitment to safety, quality, and professional conduct in a fast-paced, resident-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance management experience required.
• Ability to work on-call shifts.
• Experience leading maintenance teams.
• Owns personal tools and reliable vehicle; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems.
• Respond to and correct unsafe conditions in a timely manner.
• Coordinate make-readies and upkeep of all common areas and units.
• Lead and train maintenance technicians; monitor performance and safety."
• Manage inventory of parts and supplies; communicate needs to Property Manager.
