Job summary

The Galman Group is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Supervisor to lead on-site maintenance across our Delaware properties. The role requires strong organization, a solid maintenance background, and the ability to supervise maintenance technicians, perform routine maintenance, and handle make-readies for units.

You will ensure safety and regulatory compliance while keeping common areas and units in excellent condition.

Qualifications

• Maintains and oversees daily maintenance operations
• Leads maintenance technicians and coordinates tasks
• Ensures safety compliance with EPA/OSHA standards
• Performs preventive maintenance and makes-readies
• Manages inventory and makes repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and schedule tasks
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance on equipment
• Address safety hazards and ensure compliance with laws
• Coordinate make-readies for vacant units and repairs
• Manage inventory and procurement of parts and supplies
• Respond to on-call maintenance requests
• Ensure storage areas are secure when not in use
• Maintain and clean common areas and grounds
