• Prepare apartments for new move-ins with the make-ready process.
• Maintain exterior buildings and parking areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Assist with vendor management and other duties.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment.
• Follow safety policies and document work accurately.
