Greystar is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for The Henley in Apex, NC. The role focuses on keeping building interiors and exteriors up to standard, performing preventive maintenance, and coordinating make-ready tasks for new leases.

Responsibilities include repairs, inventory tracking, and documenting service requests. The position requires EPA refrigerant certification and a valid driver’s license; on-site schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certification required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate on property.
• Ability to perform routine and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues per policies and safety codes.
• Complete make-ready tasks for vacant units and schedule vendors.
• Track inventory and return unused items to storage.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; assist with cleaning and painting.
• Follow cost-control practices and use tools efficiently.
