Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support an affordable housing property. You will perform corrective, preventive, and cosmetic maintenance and contribute to make-ready processes under supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas, buildings and units in a timely manner.
• Assist in scheduling and performing maintenance/turn events and make-ready tasks.
• Perform preventive and routine maintenance; support safety and OSHA compliance.
• Maintain records of service requests, inspections, and maintenance activities.
• Assist in keeping grounds, common areas, and equipment clean and safe.
