Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to keep building interiors, exteriors and amenities in top condition. You will diagnose and repair issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safety standards across the property.

You’ll also handle make-ready tasks, manage stock and assist with groundskeeping. A valid EPA refrigerant certification and a driver’s license are required, with flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications Type I/II or Universal required.
• State and local certification requirements as applicable.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate on-site vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders from resident requests and perform preventive maintenance.
• Prepare vacant apartments for leasing via make-ready and punch lists.
• Access materials, track inventory, and notify supervisor for re-orders.
• Submit timely, accurate paperwork to document service requests.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, assist with cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-control by repairing parts rather than replacing when feasible.
