Martin Sprocket & Gear, Inc. is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to diagnose and repair equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safe, efficient operations across manufacturing facilities. The role requires hands-on experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, plus basic welding and fabrication skills.

You will document work and support other departments as needed. The position is on-site, 1st shift, with overtime as required, and offers opportunities for

• Minimum of three years in a manufacturing or facilities maintenance role.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing equipment to minimize downtime.
• Proficiency with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Basic welding and fabrication skills helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose equipment issues and identify root causes for timely repairs.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to extend machine life.
• Maintain facilities equipment and tidy work areas for safety.
• Work on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems across facilities.
• Document repairs and parts used for equipment history.
• Support other departments as needed to meet production goals.
