Martin Sprocket & Gear in Ohio is seeking Maintenance Technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems across our facilities. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and teamwork on a fast-paced production floor.

You will work 2nd shift, Monday-Thursday, 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM, with overtime as needed. We offer comprehensive health benefits, retirement plans, PTO, and growth opportunities in a stable, family-owned company.

Formación

• Three+ years in manufacturing/facilities maintenance.
• Ability to perform scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Strong diagnostic skills for mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Welding and fabrication skills beneficial.
• Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and CNC machinery.
• Ability to lift and move heavy components; physically fit.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose equipment failures and perform timely repairs.
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow PPE protocols.
• Document repairs and parts used for records.
• Support other departments as needed.
