Job summary

Martin Sprocket & Gear, Inc. is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to keep our operations running smoothly.

You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and carry out preventative maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and CNC systems across facilities. The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing or facilities maintenance, strong safety practices, and the ability to work the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM) with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in manufacturing or facilities maintenance with troubleshooting and repair.
• Preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic issues efficiently.
• Welding and metal fabrication skills useful for repairs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose equipment issues and identify root causes to reduce downtime.
• Repair machinery and perform scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Maintain facilities equipment and keep work area clean and safe.
• Document repairs and parts used for records.
• Support production and other departments as needed.
• Follow safety protocols including lockout/tagout.
