Martin Sprocket & Gear is seeking Maintenance Technicians to diagnose and repair machinery, perform preventive maintenance, and keep facilities safe and efficient. You will work on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, with emphasis on safety and accurate documentation.

The role requires hands-on installation and repair experience, ability to work independently and in teams, and flexibility for scheduled hours including overtime.

Formación

• Minimum of three years in a manufacturing or facilities maintenance role.
• Ability to perform scheduled preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Strong diagnostic skills for mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose equipment and machinery issues to identify root causes and minimize downtime.
• Repair machinery and perform preventative maintenance to extend lifespan.
• Maintain facilities equipment and the work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Repair and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems across sites.
• Follow lockout/tagout and other safety protocols.
• Document all repairs and maintenance tasks with parts used for traceability.
• Assist other departments as needed to support production and facility needs.
