Job summary

LDG Development LLC is seeking a Maintenance Team Member in Converse, TX to protect, maintain, and enhance the value of the community, ensuring resident issues are resolved efficiently and high standards are upheld.

The role requires 3–5 years of maintenance experience, strong customer service skills, and working knowledge of pool service. A high school diploma or GED is preferred; lifting up to 75 lbs and weekend/on-call duties are required. Benefits available.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Able to lift at least 75 lbs and work 8–12 hour shifts.
• Available to work weekends and on-call emergencies.
• Demonstrates Solidago Standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the facility and grounds per community objectives.
• Operates and repairs facility equipment in health, safety and OSHA compliance.
• Responds to work orders promptly, participates in on-call rotation.
• Inspects public areas and apartments to meet maintenance standards.
• Follows air conditioning/refrigeration record-keeping requirements and disposal procedures.
• Adheres to pool/spa water chemistry and sanitation procedures.
• Keeps storage areas, tools, and equipment secure at all times.
• Completes required Solidago training.
