Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 Certification required for HVAC refrigerants.
• HVAC Certification validates HVAC-specific technical skills.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification is beneficial for safety.
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification is beneficial for pool/spa maintenance.
• Plumbing or Electrical Licenses are advantageous and support maintenance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provides exemplary customer service to residents and proactively solves issues.
• Maintains the physical condition of the property.
• Utilizes hand tools and power tools to perform upkeep.
• Picks up debris and removes obstacles from the property.
• Responds to issues outside of normal work schedule when required.
