Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 Certification required for refrigerants in HVAC systems.
• HVAC certifications such as HVAC Excellence or equivalent are preferred.
• Candidates must obtain required certification within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to residents and proactively resolve issues.
• Maintain the physical condition of the property.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools for upkeep.
• PICK up debris and remove objects from the property.
• Respond to issues outside of normal work schedule when required.
• Provide professional and timely responses to work orders.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
