Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician in Fort Worth, TX to service our residential properties. You will perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances, plus turnover work to ready apartments within 3–5 business days, under the Maintenance Supervisor.

Maintain safe work practices, manage preventive maintenance, keep areas clean, and coordinate with residents and the Property Manager.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• EPA certification preferred; if required at a property, must be obtained within 90 days of start date.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances is essential.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work on-call hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent maintenance repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances and related areas.
• Complete apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and follow turnover checklist.
• Maintain common areas, monitor exterior conditions, and support preventive maintenance programs.
• Maintain safe, clean work areas and log tools/equipment.
