Job summary

ZRS Management LLC in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to deliver skilled, reliable service to residents. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs, and handle turnover tasks across apartment homes.

Responsibilities include completing turnover work within 3–5 business days, maintaining common areas, monitoring exterior conditions, and supporting a preventive maintenance program.

Qualifications

• Must have maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and proof of auto insurance.
• EPA certification preferred; if required, obtain within 90 days of start date.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work on-call hours.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent technical maintenance repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Complete apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and follow turnover checklists.
• Maintain common areas by cleaning, sweeping, mopping and trash removal.
• Monitor exterior building conditions and support preventive maintenance programs.
• Keep inventory of tools and equipment; ensure a clean, safe work area and observe safety rules.
