Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to deliver exceptional service to residents across our communities in North Richland Hills, TX. The role works with the Maintenance Supervisor to perform skilled repairs and preventive maintenance.

You will handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance tasks, complete turnover work within 3–5 days, maintain common areas, monitor building exteriors, and participate in a safe, efficient maintenance program.

Qualifications

• EPA certification preferred; if required, must be obtained within 90 days of start.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required.
• Maintenance experience across plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning, appliances, and any other aspect as needed.
• Perform apartment turnover maintenance in three to five business days and turnover checklist completion.
• Common area maintenance including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash disposal, pressure washing, windows cleaning.
• Monitor building exterior for issues with roof, siding, shutters.
• Assist in maintaining an effective preventive maintenance program for area of responsibility.
• Assume primary responsibility for the safe condition of all equipment or structures in area of expertise.
• Enter any newly purchased tools or equipment into inventory.
• Keep work area clean and orderly and observe all safety rules.
