Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide exceptional service to residents and support the Maintenance Supervisor. You will handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs, and perform turnover and common area maintenance on-site at our Dallas property.

The role offers a path to Maintenance Supervisor with a direct reporting line to the Property Manager. Strong safety awareness, time management, and teamwork are essential for success in this full-time position.

Qualifications

• EPA certification preferred; if required, must be obtained within 90 days.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record & proof of automobile insurance.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning, appliances, and any other aspect as needed.
• Perform apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and turnover checklist completion.
• Common area maintenance including cleaning and trash removal, pressure washing, windows.
• Monitor building exterior for issues with roof, siding, shutters, etc.
• Help maintain an effective preventive maintenance program for area of responsibility.
• Ensure safe condition of all equipment or structures in area of expertise.
• Enter newly purchased tools or equipment into inventory.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• Observe all safety rules.
