Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide skilled service to residents and to work with the Maintenance Supervisor. You will perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances, and handle apartment turnover within 3–5 business days, following turnover checklists.

Responsibilities include maintaining common areas, monitoring exterior conditions, and contributing to a safe, organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record & proof of automobile insurance.
• EPA certification preferred.
• If required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of the employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Turnover maintenance for apartments within 3–5 business days and complete turnover checklist.
• Maintain common areas (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash, windows) and assist with preventive maintenance.
• Monitor building exterior for roof, siding, shutters, etc., and ensure safety of equipment and structures.
• Enter new tools/equipment into inventory and keep work areas clean and organized.
