Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform skilled repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances, and to work with the Maintenance Supervisor to uphold high service standards for residents.

You will handle apartment turnovers within 3–5 business days, maintain common areas, and participate in preventive maintenance while ensuring safety and cleanliness on site.

Qualifications

• EPA certification preferred; if required, must be obtained within 90 days of start date.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and proof of auto insurance.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances independently.
• Execute apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and complete turnover checklist.
• Conduct common area maintenance including cleaning, sweeping and trash removal.
• Monitor exterior building conditions and assist preventive maintenance programs.
• Enter newly purchased tools into inventory and keep the workspace clean and safe.
