Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service the physical aspects of our properties in Olivette, MO. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain building systems, grounds, and common areas to meet safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, performing make-ready tasks for vacant units, and assisting with safety and inspection duties. A valid driver’s license and EPA refrigerant certifications are required; local certifications may apply.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• State and Local certifications as required for Service Technicians.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders and preventative maintenance by diagnosing issues and repairing according to policies and safety standards.
• Handles make-ready tasks for vacant units, including inspections, punch lists, vendor coordination, and material procurement.
• Tracks inventory, returns unused items, and notifies supervisors when re-ordering is needed.
