Job summary

Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC is seeking an onsite Maintenance Technician to ensure buildings, grounds, and common areas meet safety and quality standards. You will diagnose and repair issues, perform make-ready tasks for new move-ins, manage materials, and document service requests.

Responsibilities include maintaining grounds, cleaning, painting, and supporting cost-control efforts while adhering to safety policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant recycling certifications required or applicable.
• State and local certifications as required for the role.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defects following policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant homes, including inspections and vendor coordination.
• Track materials, manage inventory, and notify supervisor for re-ordering needs.
• Document service requests promptly and accurately for tracking.
• Maintain grounds and amenities; perform cleaning, painting, and basic repairs as needed.
• Support cost-control by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible.

Education

EPA certifications Type 1 & II or Universal for refrigerant recycling

Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property

State and Local certifications as required
