Job summary

Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure physical aspects of properties meet company standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality. You will perform maintenance, repairs, and make-readies, while supporting grounds care and cost-control initiatives.

The role requires completing work orders, maintaining inventory, and documenting tasks accurately. The position is onsite and offers comprehensive benefits and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Certifications required by State and Local jurisdictions for service technicians.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance per policies and safety standards.
• Performs make-ready tasks for vacant apartments, including inspections, punch lists, and coordinating vendors.
• Tracks inventory and requests re-orders; handles materials, equipment, and tools per procedures.
• Documents service requests accurately and promptly for tracking.
• Assists in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities (cleaning, painting, debris removal).
• Supports cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts where feasible.
