Job summary

Greystar is hiring a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring the property meets company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. The role includes handling routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and coordinating with vendors as needed.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8am–5pm) with rotating on-call responsibilities, a sign-on bonus up to $1,000, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience with preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Ability to diagnose and repair building systems per safety standards.
• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certification required.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventives maintenance on the property.
• Prepare vacants for leasing and conduct pre-move-out inspections.
• Track inventory and coordinate with vendors and maintenance supervisor.
