Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician at the Columns at Wakefield in Raleigh, NC. You will perform maintenance and make-ready work, diagnose issues, and ensure grounds and common areas meet safety and cleanliness standards.

Schedule includes Monday–Friday with an on-call rotation; EPA certifications and a valid driver’s license are required. We offer robust benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, 15 days vacation plus holidays, housing discount at Greystar

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate golf cart on property, if applicable.
• OSHA or safety compliance training is expected.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned maintenance work orders and preventivet-maintenance tasks.
• Performs make-ready process for vacant homes, including inspections and scheduling repairs.
• Accesses materials and inventories, tracks usage, and notes reorders to supervisor.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; cleans and paints as needed.
• Supports cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
