Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of our properties, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functional uptime. You will diagnose and repair issues, complete make-readies for vacant units, and support grounds and maintenance tasks to uphold Greystar’s standards.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license. This is an on-site position with potential for periodic travel and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications required (Type 1 & II or Universal).
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf carts on property.
• State/local certifications as required by jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per policies and safety standards.
• Perform make-ready tasks for vacant apartments and coordinate vendors.
• Track inventory, manage materials and tools, and notify supervisor on re-order needs.
• Document service requests accurately for proper tracking and reporting.
• Assist grounds, cleaning, and painting tasks as needed.
