Responsibilities include handling service requests, prioritizing tasks, and deciding when external professionals are needed, all while emphasizing safety and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a maintenance position with a portfolio of general handy work.
• Own set of tools and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to adapt to various job conditions and respond to emergency calls.
• Demonstrated mechanical skills, with a keen eye for safety and problem-solving techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear expression.
• Ability to make sound decisions and exhibit initiative in undertaking new responsibilities and challenges.
• Valid driver's license is mandatory.
• Adaptability and flexibility; cooperative and dependable.
• Genuine concern for others, integrity, and self-control.
• The capacity for stress tolerance and willingness to take on extra responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Service Requests: Promptly respond to and efficiently complete service requests as assigned by the property manager.
• Time Management: Complete all assigned work in a timely manner, effectively prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
• Outsourcing Judgment: Make accurate assessments of situations that require external professional services.
