Biggs Property Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and support the Silver Oaks community’s integrity and functionality. This role requires a proactive problem-solver with strong maintenance quality standards and the ability to work independently.

You will handle service requests, manage time effectively, and decide when to outsource work to external professionals, ensuring safety and reliability for residents.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a maintenance position with a portfolio of general handy work.
• Own set of tools and reliable transportation is required.
• Flexibility to adapt to various job conditions and respond to emergency calls.
• Demonstrated mechanical skills with a focus on safety and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Service Requests: promptly respond to and complete service requests as assigned by the property manager.
• Time Management: complete all tasks in a timely manner, prioritizing by urgency and importance.
• Outsourcing Judgment: assess when external professionals are needed for services.
