You will handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and general repairs to keep the community safe and appealing. Responsibilities include making-ready units, routine inspections and on-call maintenance support.

The role emphasizes customer service, documentation, and collaboration with residents and vendors to deliver high-quality upkeep. On-site work with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• HVAC certification preferred; additional industry certifications are a plus.
• Previous apartment or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, push and pull equipment and materials as required.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, drywall and painting.
• Prepare vacant units with make-ready and turn processes.
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings, grounds, and amenities for safety and upkeep.
• Respond to service requests promptly and professionally; on-call rotation as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, inventory and maintenance activities.
• Communicate effectively with residents, vendors and team members to ensure quality service.
