Bryten is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team at 987-Fellow at Fitzsimons – Anton Development in Aurora, CO. The role focuses on maintaining a safe, comfortable living environment for residents, performing repairs, preventative maintenance, and make-ready tasks as needed.

You'll diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting and other systems, coordinate with residents and vendors, and participate in on-call rotations.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• HVAC certification preferred; additional certifications a plus.
• Experience in apartment or facilities maintenance is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting, and related systems.
• Complete service requests and work orders in a timely, professional manner.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents (make-ready and turn processes).
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings, grounds, amenities, and equipment for safety and maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, inventory, and activities.
