Bryten is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep our Denver community safe, comfortable, and well-maintained. You will handle routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and make-ready of vacant apartments, while delivering excellent resident service.

Ideal candidates have experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and safety compliance, with strong troubleshooting and communication skills. This is an on-site role with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment or facilities maintenance is preferred.
• HMHVAC knowledge and general maintenance skills required.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Complete service requests and work orders promptly.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on buildings and equipment.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents (make-ready).
• Inspect grounds and common areas for safety and upkeep.
