Job summary

GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team in Warrensville Heights, OH. The role focuses on safe, high-quality maintenance of our multifamily properties, responding to resident needs, and maintaining units to the highest standards.

You will support unit turns, manage routine repairs, and work with the Service Manager to ensure excellent resident experiences. EPA certification and basic tools required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience or technical trades.
• EPA Certification is required.
• Willing to work weekends and travel/overnight when needed.
• Must own basic maintenance tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage expenses by following inventory and purchasing procedures.
• Inspect units at move-in/move-out and document security deposit deductions.
• Perform full make-ready process and ensure units are ready within set timelines.
• Complete reports and work orders accurately and on time.
• Follow safety practices, attend safety meetings and checklists.
• Communicate daily with the Service Manager and provide updates.
• Assist with supervising contractors and vendor coordination.
