Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks a Service Technician to maintain building interiors, grounds, and common areas at a Woodland Hills property. The role requires completing work orders, preventive maintenance, and ensuring safety and cleanliness to meet company standards.

You will assist in pre-move inspections, coordinate with vendors, and help maintain accurate documentation while working a Thursday–Monday schedule with on-call time.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience.
• Prior experience with HVAC or plumbing.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for on-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders from resident requests and preventive maintenance.
• Finish the make-ready process for vacant apartments and prepare for new move-ins.
• Track inventory, obtain supplies, and notify supervisor for re-ordering needs.
