Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician in Woodland Hills, CA. The role performs technical and mechanical work to ensure building exteriors, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and function.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, preventative maintenance, and the make-ready process for new move-ins; coordinating supplies; documenting requests; maintaining grounds and assets; and assisting with cost-control measures while

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience.
• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant recycling certification.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventive maintenance on the property.
• Execute the make-ready process for vacant apartments and coordinate vendors.
• Access materials, track inventory, and notify supervisor for re-orders.
