Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Maintenance experience.
• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders for repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Make-ready process to prepare vacant units for leasing; schedule vendors as needed.
• Accesses materials and tracks inventory; notifies re-order needs.
• Completes documentation for service requests and inspections.
• Maintains grounds, common areas and amenities; paints curbs and signage.
• Supports cost-control by fixing parts rather than replacing whenever possible.
