Job summary

Asset Living in North Salt Lake, UT is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the property’s maintenance program, perform routine and emergency repairs, and assist in make-ready tasks under supervision.

The role includes community maintenance, work-order responsiveness, pool care, grounds inspections, and record-keeping, with safety and OSHA guidelines a priority. This full-time position offers benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

Respond to resident and management requests and work orders promptly.
Assist with maintenance in community common areas, buildings, and units as needed.
Assist with scheduling and execution of maintenance/repair-related turn events.
Maintain exterior grounds and common areas, including pool upkeep and chemical logs.
Inspect property daily to identify and correct hazardous conditions or liabilities.
Maintain preventative maintenance program and inventory of equipment and supplies.
Follow Asset Living safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
