Job summary

B.HOM Student Living in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Technician to respond to maintenance requests and keep the community in top condition. You will perform preventative maintenance, handle repairs, and support unit turns to welcome new residents.

This role requires basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, strong troubleshooting and customer service, and willingness to work days, nights, weekends, and on-call as needed. Company offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Availability for night, weekend, and on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and complete repairs involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, drywall, and general maintenance.
Schedule, monitor, and perform preventative maintenance activities.
Complete apartment turns and prepare units for new residents.
Ensure all work orders are completed promptly, professionally, and accurately.
Perform emergency maintenance as required.
