Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and basic construction.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Physically able to perform essential functions, including lifting and climbing.
• Relevant certifications or licenses, preferably in HVAC.
• Availability to work extended hours during peak seasons.
• Experience in student housing or similar environments.
• Understanding of summer turn operations.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day maintenance operations, including service requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of community areas.
• Support unit turnover processes.
• Conduct daily inspections of community areas.
• Provide on-call maintenance coverage as scheduled.
• Assist with preventative maintenance tasks.
