Job summary

Asset Living in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property upkeep, preventive maintenance, and make-ready processes under supervision. You will assist the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to maintain safe, clean, and well-functioning communities for residents.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, performing routine and cosmetic repairs, and helping with inventory, safety protocols, and on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance: attend onsite daily and respond to requests.
• Perform repairs and replacements for common areas and units.
• Assist in maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain exterior grounds, breezeways, and all common areas.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and buildings for hazards and safety.
