Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests and support upkeep of the community.
• Perform preventative maintenance, unit turns, repairs and emergency maintenance.
• Ensure work meets company standards and safety guidelines.
• Assist with scheduling vendors and maintaining maintenance documentation.
• Provide excellent resident service and timely communication.
