Responsibilities include routine unit turns, preventive HVAC maintenance, and responding to on-call emergencies. The role emphasizes safety, quality work, and tenant interaction with a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in property management.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Available for on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, adjustment, or replacement of mechanical systems and components.
• Complete routine unit turns in preparation for occupancy.
• Conduct preventive maintenance such as HVAC filter changes.
