River Park Apartments is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to help maintain the property and assist with service requests for residents. The role involves practical repairs, preventative maintenance, and coordinating unit turns with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years of hands-on maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues with minimal supervision.
• Perform minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and painting repairs.
• Assist with appliance repairs and general building maintenance.
• Handle unit turns, inspections, and coordination of cleaning as needed.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and routine inspections of building systems.
• Maintain common areas, amenities, and grounds.
• Identify and report safety hazards and building deficiencies.
