Job summary

Hillpointe is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day operations across our multi-site properties. You will diagnose and repair mechanical issues, respond to work orders, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safety standards are met.

In addition to keeping sites clean and functional, you will manage inventory, coordinate with vendors, and assist in grounds upkeep. A rotating on-call schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues within buildings and common areas; troubleshoot problems and perform repairs to safety standards.
• Complete pre-move-out inspections, maintenance work orders, and documentation with accuracy.
• Manage inventory, schedule vendors/contractors, obtain supplies, and track materials used.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations; participate in safety meetings and report incidents.
• Communicate effectively with management, residents, vendors, and contractors.
• Must have or be willing to obtain EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certifications.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• High School diploma/GED and related experience and/or training.
