Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in buildings and common areas.
• Maintain safety protocols, codes, and OSHA regulations.
• Complete pre-move-out inspections and maintenance work orders with thorough documentation.
• Manage inventory, schedule vendors/contractors, and track supplies.
• Attend safety meetings and promptly report accidents or incidents.
• Communicate effectively with management, residents, vendors, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders for resident requests and preventive maintenance.
• Conduct inspections to ensure quality and address property needs.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new tenants.
• Manage inventory and order supplies.
• Maintain documentation of maintenance activities.
• Assist in grounds upkeep and safety protocols.
• Support cost-cutting efforts and safety initiatives.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule (weekends/evenings).
